I had a really nice stay at the Shonan Crystal Hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches like a towel at the entrance for guests. The service was excellent, with the staff being exceptionally kind and helpful. However, I did find it a bit uncomfortable without air conditioning in the room. Overall, good value for money given its size and service.
